It's the scariest thing ever to realize how much someone means to you. When it
hits you, I mean really hits you, all these thoughts and questions rush through your
head at once. A sad emotion even starts to creep on you slowly inch by inch as you
start to wonder.
What if for some reason things don't work out? - How are you possible going to
live without them?

Someone that was once a stranger now is the only person you know like the back of
your hand. Someone you once had no emotions for, now has the power to break
your heart. Someone you never used to hang out with, now owns most of your
time. Someone you never thought you'd love, now owns your entire heart.
Someone you once lived without, you now wish to hold onto.. for a long time..

One of my favourite parts of my skincare routine are facial masks. Recently, mask (sheets) have been a big addiction for me! Many brands have these mask sheets now, I have tried a few different brands and they all seem to perform the same in my opinion.

For those of you that aren't familiar with mask sheets, they are paper-like masks that are soaked in liquid skincare. Because they have soaked in these skincare products they are squishy and soft. They are shaped in a circle/oval that is large enough to cover your entire face and they have holes cut out for the eyes, nose, and mouth. You put it on your face for 10-15 minutes (or however long you choose; not more than 20 minutes) and your skin absorbs the skincare elements. There are many varieties of these masks and each variety has different skincare properties.

I love mask sheets because they are so easy to use.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the folded mask is that it's really fine and thin. Other masks I've used are as thick as heavy card-stock paper haha, whereas this one is as thin as err.. film paper (if I were to describe). Then I tried to put the mask on and y'know the holes where my eyes, nose, and mouth are supposed to go fit the respective parts well enough! I love the neat-cutting of the mask on my face!

I'm also impressed on how absorbent the mask was and that applying wasn't difficult at all. No dripping, sliding or whatnot. It adhered to my face properly without so much of an effort on my part.

Also, immediate effect is that my face felt significantly moisturized compared to a typical out of a tube moisturizer. There was no sticky residue as the leftover essence sinked into my skin quickly. I like the overall effect this (Leaders Insolution) mask had on me.

And it also does not contain strong fragrances! I do notice some other mask sheets have too much of their flavour/frag in it, which is a huge turn off for me. Just imagine when I need to tolerate the whole 15-20 minutes process of it. Nah.

There are very few things in life that are harder to face than the sudden death of someone you care about. Whether it's a friend or even someone you just sort of know, the loss of their life make you feel like you have an enormous hole inside yourself.

I am truly saddened by Feron's death. I feel terrible, I just can't believe she's gone! So young and so soon..
She was more than just a event girlfriend; she was an amazing friend. She was always so kind, lovely, cheerful and considerate to us.

Her passing will not only leave a void in our lives, but in the hearts of everyone who knew her.
We will never forget her. We will never forget.
Feron's memory will always remain deep within my heart.

Nutella-filled Strawberries

My first attempt of making Nutella-Filled Strawberries -

These are easy to make and taste great ;)
You just need easy 5-6 steps !

Things you will need:
Nutella
Strawberries
Butter Knife

Step 1: Wash strawberries in cold water

Step 2: Cut off top of strawberries

Step 3: Cut out the filling of the strawberries using butter knife.

Step 4: Mix filling with Nutella

Step 5: Fill hollow strawberries with mix

Step 6: Enjoy !! ^^

p/s: Do not laugh at my first attempt ! I know they dont really look appetizing...Uh...Welll.. :B

p/s/p/s: Do not bite them unless you want to be squirted with Nutella. You have to pop the whole berry in your mouth ^^

One thing that’s so great about Nutella-Filled Strawberries is that they are very portable. Much more portable than chocolate covered strawberries. Also, they are so yummy!

Dress Sharp
Although clothes don't make us, I think they certainly affect the way we feel about ourselves. No one is more conscious of your physical appearance than you are. When you don't look good, it changes the way you carry yourself and interact with other people. Don't you think so ?!

Feeling confident and being judged
Lets suppose that a friend of yours knew you for 5 years, won't his/her judgement be somehow accurate?
Of course, after all he/she spent a lot of time with you and the person knows a lot about you. Now what if someone knew you for 10 years, won't his/her judgement be even more correct?

What about someone who have lived with you since you were born?
No not your mother nor your father.

It's you!! You are the only one who knows everything about you and the only one who has full access to your thoughts, beliefs and real intentions. That's why you should consider other's judgment errr.. useless.
In short, most people will judge you incorrectly and if you want to feel confident all the time then you should really give a flying fuck to their judgment. Ignore people who put you down, they aren't worth your time.

But just a second, will that make you confident?
No it wont before your own judgment of yourself become positive. This means that feeling confident all the time doesn't only require that you don't depend on others for determining your worth but it also requires that you know that you are worthy.

Build the skills that you lack, fix yourself, take a chance; you will never know what you can accomplish if you don't try. Even if you fail at your attempt, you will still feel good about yourself for giving it a shot. You will have no regrets.

But for the most part, it's really as simple as saying to yourself "I'm confident" and feeling confident.

Random: People are so quick to judge nowadays. It's such a double standard in society - we tell girls they should be confident and feel beautiful all the time, but then we tear down girls who ARE confident out of jealousy and hate. I really don't get it.

Personal thoughts of Voluntary work

Recently, I have been helping out at Christian Outreach centre when I got the free time.
p/s: I come from a Buddhist family.

The clients from Christian Outreach centre are people with down syndrome, mentally disabled, disabled and also people who have difficulty in hearing and speaking.

I can't deny there is alot of fear when I meet someone who is different from me, but after a while I begin to feel more comfortable.
They are just friendly in their way! I think by doing Voluntary work helps me to get to learn alot and know myself better, too. Like I learn about some of my fears and have a chance to grow from what I learn. And I also learn some of the hand-sign language from the staffs in order for me to communicate with the people there.

"people who have had different life experiences are able to show you things
that you've never seen before ---sometimes even things about yourself."

Well... At the end of the week, I realized how much I had learnt from the group.
It was a good feeling for me to do something for somebody else.

Prize giving presentation (Event)

These two consecutive working days with Kaelyn girl for a prize giving presentation event at Laguna Country Club is great!

Besides that, our job scope for this job assignment is pretty simple too, what we got to do for this event is to do some ushering and give out prizes to the lucky golfers/winners, basically to the golfers who participate the golf tournament this year ;)

It has been a long time since the last time I updated this space so....do you people miss me here?
Recently, I had received quite a number of feedbacks on my blog such as (too many advertorials and no updates about myself)

So therefore, here I am updating about my recent life alright, if you guys are interested ha ha ha.
Life has been good to me lately, nothing special happened.
Family- My family life is wonderful. We are frequently taking family outings and spending quality time together, it's nice to be able to just enjoy life with them. Really.

Work- So far so good.

School - Having holiday now before I advance to the next level of my studies ;)

Friends- I have had the same wonderful friends for years and some who I just knew. These friends are always there when I need time sharing the ups and downs of every day life, but are quick to let me know if they think I am wrong. That's called true friends. We all share each others joys and sorrows, and we all help each other when there is a need. And it also feels great to emotionally support those who saw me through the most difficult times of my life.
You guys know who ya'all are -heart-

Planking craze

I had a 60-90minutes of Balinese body massage and I like the relaxing music they played, also not forgetting the gentle yet strong enough massage to relieve my tension knots ~

I'm sorry that I have already forgotten my therapist's name but her she was really amazing! I carry all my tension in my neck and shoulders and she was able to rub it all out. However, the main reason I choose Balinese body massage because I had this pain in my right leg! I remembered I sprained the vein or maybe over exerted the muscle on my right leg last year when I was changing my clothes yes I know wtf.
Well.. In spite that it was getting better after I went for various sessions of chinese acupuncture but the pain still comes back, recently.. And I couldn't sit, stand or bend properly without this pain in my lower back down towards my right leg.
But once my therapist started to massage that area I could actually feel the muscle that I must have pulled being pushed around and back where it should be and also soothed my veins too. I wont say immediately after the massage I can sit, stand and bend with no pain at all. But I'm sure it's better a lot ;)

I was also told that Balinese massage is a full-body, deep-tissue and holistic treatment that combines acupressure, reflexology, stretching and aromatherapy to stimulate circulation, ease muscular and joint pain, and also bring a sense of well-being, calm and deep relaxation.

So why not ?! It is indeed a rigorous and luxurious spa treatment and a great one to choose if you want to experience a variety of massage techniques, relax and feel spiritually renewed at the same time ;)

After the treatment , my therapist asked me to take my own time before leaving, she didnt hurry me so that was nice. As I dont like to be hurried, who likes anyway ? So I got up, got dressed, did some touch up to my hair, took some snapshots LOL and went out of the room to the lobby area to meet the girls.

Not forgetting the warm dessert and a cup of ginger tea after every of our treatment ♥ !

We felt so refreshed and re-energised after our body massage. The therapists were amazing!
As an overall, it is another great experience with JeanYip Loft.

Our Kaelyn girl's Belated B'day dinner. ♥

Our Kaelyn's Birthday was on the 6th of August, we didnt forget her special day! Just that she was too busy with her job assignments at that period. So we decided to celebrate for her when she's available ;)

Alright if you're a regular reader, you'd know that I'm always ranting about how much I hate my dry hair. I guess the good hair gods heard my cries and decide to find a great sponsor for me HAHA. Behind e scenes @Wavehouse's Runway Show

Yesterday, 2011 the annual Fashion for Paws (Dogs) Runway Show took place @Sentosa Wavehouse and I got the chance to work for this runway show with the dogs! Most of the fetching dogs that sauntered down the runway were dominated long ago for the event though.
Also not forgetting B&B (Bread &Butter) was in keeping with the designs worn by the two-legged models on the runway ;)

Well, I can't deny it was a challenging task for me and maybe to the other models too, Im not sure with them but it definitely is, to me. As you know, sometimes we already couldnt control the dogs, moreover during the fash runway catwalk.. uhhh.. dogwalk lol.

Eventhough we had already rehearsed with the dogs earlier on, but when it comes to the real time, some of the dogs started to stone on the stage when the camera flashlights flashing on them. Imagine the awkwardness? What to do... We had to stop to carry the dogs and then continue with our fash runway. But at least, no dogs barked, peed, jumped, growled or otherwise misbehaved on the stage.

Overall, it was still a great runway experience with the four-legged models ;)

First experience @the flea market

I've always liked flea markets. My first experience having a flea market booth wasn't that bad. It was quite a feat.
It was with Kelly &Bb at around Orchard Concorde Hotel.
I earned some at the end of the day but most importantly, I had cleared half of my preowned apparels at SGD$2-$4 each and I also managed to sell all of my preloved bags, yeah at mostly $5 each. Which also includes Charles &Keith, vintage ones, and even a few bags which I got sponsored in the past.

p/s: But I still have alot more of apparels to clear !!! Thinking whether should I donate half of them or even all to the salvation army though..

It's also interesting to see the different types of people at the flea market too ;)

Even though Im not a Make Up Blogger but I've always been in love with wearing Make up! So this event definitely fits me in addition to my lifestyle and I'm eager to share it with you .

I'm pretty surprised this was the first Bloggers Event organised by Japalang.sg, as it was so awesome and also one of the best!

The next stop was a makeover
&Everything kicked off with a live makeover demonstration

Where the magic happens ! ;)

A - Focus more on Natural eye Makeup
B- Gyaru eye Makeup

For Gyaru, the Upper lash line's eyeliner is thicker only towards the centre of your eye, finer on the inner 1/3 and outer 1/3 of your eye and it should be extended longer than your actual eye size and end going slightly downwards.

As for Lower lash line's eyeliner, it should be extended to join the ends of your upper and lower eyeliner with a brown eyepencil/ liquid eyeliner (as it doesn't look harsh compared to the black one)
Also, rmb to highlight your lower eyeline with white eyepencil to achieve the big dolly eyes effect!

And of cos lower lashes is a must for Gyaru Makeup !!
Fyi, the shorter and natural lower lashes was actually drawn using K-Palette - 24Hr Real Lasting Eyeliner ;)

Apply the new product K-Palette 2-way Eyebrow Liner (Which now comes with a powder tip on the other end to compliment its liquid tip) on the rising straight eyebrow from inner edge of your brow to the peak and then down to end. As to achieve the droopy eyes effect. Use the powder tip to shade the front of your eyebrows, and then use the liquid end to draw the end of your eyebrows!

#01 Chocolate Brown
#02 Honey Brown

Whenever I think of '1 Day Tattoo/24 Hr lasting" , I think of tattooed eyebrows; semi permanent makeup like you know, the greeny black ones you often see people sporting! More importantly, I didnt know with K-Palette '1 Day Tattoo', the semi permanent make up; eyebrows could actually look natural and also with no worries for removing the brow liner! It will come off thoroughly during your normal cleansing routine ;)

Reactivation of Facebook account

Okay, a few days ago, my FB account got disabled for no reason. And I decided to email to the FB Administrator.

So this is the reply I got from them, after explaining + I have also emailed them the pictures of my Birth Certificate and NRIC ( As requested to prove my identity )
-Total of 2 emails had sent-

Yes, I know I should be glad that I got my FB account successfully reactivated.
But my FB account name has permanently changed to my chinese name - ' Yeo Zi Qi' by the Administrator. And besides that, there're very little people who known me as Zi Qi, maybe only my own family, relatives and ummm, some of my primary school friends?

Some of my friends (whom don't know my Chinese name) even mistaken my personal account was another imposer's again. Owelllll..
I hope the FB Administrator would be able to process my request for my account name to 'Stella Yeo' soon ..

So how did I get my FB profile activated ? Some of ya'all wondering..

If you feel that you did not break any rules such as: impersonating someone, porn, threats, copyright infringement, using a bot, spam or any other major violations,
you should be able to get your account re-activated.
If you follow these simple steps ;)

- Do not Panic !

- All you have to do is to send an email to disabled@facebook.com inquiring about the reason that they disabled your account for, and explain your willingness to remove the violating content and if it was just a “clerical error” to reactivate your account.

- Other accounts to “CC” in your email:
appeals@facebook.com , info@facebook.com

- Be very polite and sincere when you email them, make sure you give them as much information as possible, but keep it short at the same time.

- Do not have to add 'personal feelings' in the email
(Eg. I cant live without Facebook because Facebook is my life, please reactivate my account now! )
And oh, do not demand them too.

-Email them just once, it is placed in a queue and responded to accordingly. Remember that Facebook has over 350 million users!

-And I forgot to add on that, do not use last names which don't exist like Stella 'isonhiatus' and so on. Because once your Facebook account got disabled and that's it! There will be no way to reactivate your account.

I hope this helps everyone who is having this problem.
Remember this will not work if you broke a major rule as I stated it earlier on -

PISSED !

I got reallly enraged and pissed off , really.

As I did nothing wrong , I didn't scam, I never had spammed friend requests, I didn't impersonate anyone.
In short, I didn't violate any Facebook rules.
And my Fb account got DISABLED FOR NO REASONS!

I was the one who got impersonated, so what have I done wrong here?
The imposer is really REACHING MY LIMIT !

At the same time, I decided to check out the Help Center from Facebook, to see if there's any way to gain reaccess to my account .

I thought I have found a way but right after I filled in this form,

BUT NO!

I got this really dumb reply from Facebook Adminstrator instd.

" Thanks for your email. Unfortunately, info@facebook.com is no longer used to contact Facebook support. Please use the links below to visit our Help Center. It has instant answers to most common questions as well as specialized forms to contact Facebook. "

SERIOUSLY ?!
Facebook must be kidding with me right. Confirm >:/
I'm going to email to another Facebook's Administration and see whether it works, before I reveal my latest Fb account.

p/s: Honestly, imposer, you can find pictures of prettier girls to impersonate. #Annoyed.
